You can stand at the service desk waiting and be ignored by multiple employees busy looking at their cell phones, not talking to anyon underwhelming. Had my truck served Oct 11 10/ 23 I had no battery to start truck. I called AAA CA and had a Lock out service and paid for two batteries. Not to happy your service dept.
