I was outright lied to by the service technician and they did not perform all of the services as described in the service report. I am in the process of contacting Ford Motor Company with a formal dealer se did not perform all of the services as described in the service report. I am in the process of contacting Ford Motor Company with a formal dealer service complaint and I am also contemplating contacting a third party to conduct an investigation. More
