I highly recommend Damien and Hawk from the service center. Damien was my advisor who took care of me during my car repair process. There was some miscommunication between me and Ford about my warranty center. Damien was my advisor who took care of me during my car repair process. There was some miscommunication between me and Ford about my warranty coverage but then Hawk, the service manager stepped in and explained it to me in depth and I ended up leaving happier than I expected. Customer service with good communication goes a long way. I recommend using Damien as your advisor and if you need to talk to anyone higher up, Hawk is also your man. Keep up the good work guys. More
This dealership made good faith efforts to correct the service department problems which they had, and which was the subject of a previous review. My vehicle was repaired on the 5th day, and seems to be service department problems which they had, and which was the subject of a previous review. My vehicle was repaired on the 5th day, and seems to be working fine. The service tech offered what appeared to be a sincere apology, stating that their department was overwhelmed with scheduled work. More
Unspeakably terrible service. Took my vehicle in, heard nothing for 5 days, then went by - only to find out that they had not yet looked at the vehicle. Manager spoke as if he were a well-programmed compu nothing for 5 days, then went by - only to find out that they had not yet looked at the vehicle. Manager spoke as if he were a well-programmed computer making excuses for it all. Would not buy a used donkey from this joint. More
This is my 3rd time with the same problem, Zachary Ballas didn’t handle a good service, today blaming someone else with the concern, SUV when I got from him tire pressure was not the same on all tires , eac didn’t handle a good service, today blaming someone else with the concern, SUV when I got from him tire pressure was not the same on all tires , each tire pressure was different, 🤔 I told Mr. Ballas are you kidding me. Terrible Service Dept, do not use them! Have had my 2017 Mustang GT Premium in multiple times for tire issues...had to get a new set of tires after having the car a year, then needed another complete set 11 Mustang GT Premium in multiple times for tire issues...had to get a new set of tires after having the car a year, then needed another complete set 11 months later as the others were deemed unsafe to drive and showed metal sticking out of the sides. 1st time I paid 500+ and second time paid 640+, but every time I brought car in after that I was given a hard time about them "paying for my tires" and even had the new service manager make the same snide comment because the previous service manager apparently didn't do the paperwork correctly. Completely unprofessional. Then had a flat, used the tire inflation kit provided with the car to get to dealership to have it fixed. Wasn't told the sealant would ruin the tire sensor, and on a road trip a few weeks later it kept alarming that my tire was flat...I'd pull off highway and it was fine. Took it back, and was told I had to pay 125+ for a new sensor because their tire inflation kits damage them. Couldn't that have been advised the first time? Not like I had a choice since Ford doesn't provide spares anymore with a 45K car. Damaged the paint on my door handle on one visit and didn't tell me. Noticed when I got home, and had to bring it back yet again to have them fix it. AC broke last year, left it with them for several days and they tried to charge me 1500 to fix...then all of a sudden said it a warranty issue and to pay a 200 deductible. Well, guess what? AC is broken again. Same issue, so obviously they patched it up and yep, once again failed to do the paperwork so I have no way of proving what they did or didn't do to the car. I waited a week for an appt so I could get a loaner car since I live an hour away. Called before I drove in and was assured all was lined uo. A few minutes before I arrive they call and say no loaner available and I need to come back next week. Since I was already almost there, I went in and asked why they couldn't find something for me to drive and was passed around from person to person with no resolution. Got in my car and left, called another dealer who worked me in asap. When I called and asked for the Manager of the Dealership, the guy on the phone admitted they've handled everything wrong but he couldn't fix it and would use it as a training opportunity for them and yep...you guessed it...once again said they "bought two sets of tires for me" which THEY DID NOT. I told him I paid 500/650 each time and could product rcpts. He said, well, I can't prove it because previous service manager didn't do the paperwork correctly. They are shady, don't care about you, unprofessional, and only care about paying jobs and not any that are potentially under warranty because those cost THEM money. Their service department is a revolving door of inconsistent management, so Ford owners BEWARE! Take your vehicle elsewhere to be serviced. More

Irresponsible service advisor Took my truck in for warranty repairs and was told it would take about 3 days or so to order parts and repair but i had to leave my truck there and no Took my truck in for warranty repairs and was told it would take about 3 days or so to order parts and repair but i had to leave my truck there and no loaner provided...2 days later on friday called my service advisor Hayden and left a message at his ext. to call me back to give me a status if my truck was fixed or not, got no call back so on saturday i called him and he said that the repairs would take several more days into the next week as parts were ordered. The kicker is that he said my warranty plan covers Enterprise rental but Enterprise rental on site was closed for the day on Saturday...Why was I not told this and offered a rental since it was covered by my plan, on Wednesday, when I took the truck in and asked for a loaner. So I have been out of a vehicle Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday and will be out a vehicle on Sunday, all because Hayden didn't offer a rental at that time. Another kicker is that when I asked for a loaner today (Saturday) he said his manager was at lunch and when he got back Hayden would ask him and call me back to let me know, guess what, no call back and so I'm stuck with out a vehicle for 5+ days...What the xxxx!!!! Made 2 appts in May for multiple service on my Explorer: in a May, needed state inspection, oil change, spark plugs replaced and 4 recalls that i’ve been trying to get fixed for the last 3 years. Explorer: in a May, needed state inspection, oil change, spark plugs replaced and 4 recalls that i’ve been trying to get fixed for the last 3 years. Had questions I wanted answered before i arrived at shop. Was told both times in May that the service advisor for me would call me either the same day i made appt or the next day to answer my questions. Was assured both times by the call center girls in Lewisville that they were sending a message to the advisor to call me, before i hung up from making my appts. No calls the first time, until 4hours after i didn’t show. When asked why i wasn’t called, no response or idea why. Made the 2nd appt and i stressed that i needed to ask questions before i show up, because my partner will only allow me to drop it off and not spend 15 minutes trying to get my answers. We are both high risk and need to limit contact with public. I was totally assured on the 2nd appt that i would get a call back, none, until after my appt time, again. Asked him what was on the ticket. Only an oil change. There is a broken chain of command gor appts. So, in June, i had to go get the Explorer inspected elsewhere so i could get it registered, late. Wasn’t happy with that. I’ve tried calling the service advisors directly but their line just rings and rings and rings and is never answered. I called the girls at the call center again trying to get to an advisor and the girl had the same trouble, no answers at the shop. She assured me that a manager would call me, yesterday and it is Wednesday and still no call. Do i have to take my Ford to a Chevy or Dodge dealership for service??? More
Worst Ford service dealer in town. They damaged my truck, left parts off my truck then forgot to call me several times to correct the problem.
