The service I received during my recent visit was great. I had a tedious tire issue which the guys quickly took care of. However, I think that you might want to take a look at the entry point where many I had a tedious tire issue which the guys quickly took care of. However, I think that you might want to take a look at the entry point where many of the customer service guys and gals were positioned on the day. When I arrived there were several customers waiting in what I would call, a disorganised fashion; to be attended to. Surely, having a team member available to greet customers, answer questions and assist them in getting in front of one of the available customer service guys a quickly as possible might be a step forward here, based on what I witnessed. Service department is lacking in communication really bad. Made an appointment 2 weeks out and when I arrived for my appointment was told there were running 3 to 4 days behind.
