I am not pleased with your service. After making a scheduled appointment, my car remained in your shop for nine days. I attempted to get updates from the assigned adviser, the service manager and the scheduled appointment, my car remained in your shop for nine days. I attempted to get updates from the assigned adviser, the service manager and the GM ( this processed resulted in two text messages sent, four voice mail messages and eventually reaching the GM who took steps to see what the hold up was. That said, your shop advised me they could not recreate the "airbag" light warning. On the ninth day when I picked up the car...the indicator light came on. I immediately went back into the shop, grab the service advisor who seemed surprised. He took car back to service tech and when he returned he showed me a display on his mobile devise where a diagnosis determined there was a issue with the airbag restraint on the passenger side of the car and to expect a an estimate in two days. It now two days based on this survey and I have not received anything. Also, I had just washed my car two days before bring into the shop. After nine days it was dirty and someone obviously was eating something around it because they spilled what appeared to look like pizza sauce on the rear quarter panel. Bottom line, the service I received was unacceptable and as a recommendation.......it needs a major overhaul. . More

The service I received during my recent visit was great. I had a tedious tire issue which the guys quickly took care of. However, I think that you might want to take a look at the entry point where many of the customer service guys and gals were positioned on the day. When I arrived there were several customers waiting in what I would call, a disorganised fashion; to be attended to. Surely, having a team member available to greet customers, answer questions and assist them in getting in front of one of the available customer service guys a quickly as possible might be a step forward here, based on what I witnessed.
