I bought my Truck from this dealership and it was my first time in for service. I will not be back. First off I had a 745 am appt. and when I should up the line was a 7 cars deep because there was a c first time in for service. I will not be back. First off I had a 745 am appt. and when I should up the line was a 7 cars deep because there was a car that had been dropped off overnight they couldn't start and hadn't moved. Non of the 2 (yes only 2) service advisors had bothered to come out and explain and help the cars lining up. Upon entering I got the basics I needed completed because the other issues I need looked at they were too back up to even look at it. Suggested i come back in a few weeks, Asked how long the oil change and tire rotation would be and was told "1 hour to 1 1/2 hours tops." 2 hours later truck still on a rack and no updates. Went to see what was going on, still only 2 service advisors) and they couldn't get ahold of the tech. they asked me for 20 minutes which turned into 30. Finally got my tuck back and got in it...smelled like oil so the tech had his oily hands on the steering wheel and seats, oil life was not reset, no paperwork showing what had been competed and they didn't even bother to run it through the car wash. Had to leave as I had been there for almost 3 hours now. Called the service manager and GM each twice with no return call/text or email. Worst experience ever and I will not be back. I could have changed the oil, rotated the tires and washed the truck faster. More
Ford Autonation of Frisco has done a masterful job of being responsive and represent themselves and Ford extremely well. Although my issue was difficult and intermittent, they have not given up and will being responsive and represent themselves and Ford extremely well. I have to say that I'm very sad that Jordyn left the dealership as she was ALWAYS on top of things when I needed service done with my Edge. However, I'm very happy knowing that Hawk has not left. He w dealership as she was ALWAYS on top of things when I needed service done with my Edge. However, I'm very happy knowing that Hawk has not left. He was my Service Advisor for a long time until he got promoted & he stepped in to help me recently. As always, he provided me the service that he always has. More

Jonathan Spence was very helpful in getting my Escape serviced in a timely fashion. He scheduled the tire rotation, oil change, and check up and had the car ready when he said he would. Absolutely horrific communication. From it being impossible to ever reach anyone in service on the phone, as it’s 4-7 minutes minimum every time we try to get someone on the phone in service. Then Not greeted on drive, never in the 5-7 times we’ve ever been there (never again, I assure you) Eventually one of us will Walk inside, there’s usually 5-6 people scattered around, one or two of them on their phones (scrolling through, not talking on it) with maybe one with a customer, not a single time have I ever been simply greeted, and asked if I needed help or if I have been helped. I always have to ask someone if someone can please help me. With the exception of one visit, it has always been “I am headed to lunch, I’m with a customer”, and even “I’m headed to a meeting” The level of unprofessionalism is truly astounding. When it’s check out time, they suddenly are nice and willing to exchange in calm and professional dialogue. Reminds me of terrible service in a restaurant and then when it’s time for the bill, the wait staff stays visible and becomes nearly over engaging, available for “any questions you might have” no questions, not any more. if i could give a zero star rating i would. these people are con artists. they did not maintain the well-being of my vehicle while it was in their care for several months. there are literal rat feces in my are con artists. they did not maintain the well-being of my vehicle while it was in their care for several months. there are literal rat feces in my engine, and they also left parts unattached in my engine bay that should not have even been interacted with in the first place. what should’ve been an easy fix was drawn out for several months and clear communication was nowhere to be found. also, they waited over 3 weeks before offering me a loaner, and the person in charge of loaner contracts could not have been less personable. this was such an inconvenience and a waste of my time. my disappointment knows no bounds.
