Tried that. Called and got his voicemail and on it he states to call his cell. I texted him asking for a call back and when was a good time to talk. It went unanswered. I also followed up 3 days later. Clearly the GM has no interest in hearing about my experience. He has my number on cell...he can reach out to me if he wants to talk...
