Great location. Service personnel are quick to greet you and start the process. I had an appointment for a recall on the rear camera and to get oil change, but a day before the appointment the driver door and start the process. I had an appointment for a recall on the rear camera and to get oil change, but a day before the appointment the driver door lock stopped working. I had a road trip planned soon and needed the lock repaired. Jeremy went above and beyond to help get my f250 trip ready. He brought parts in from another dealership and was able to get the camera replaced, oil/filter changed, tires rotated, and door lock repaired in one day. Great job Jeremy, thank you so much. More
I scheduled an 8:30am appt two weeks prior for a recall item. I got there 30 min early to coordinate a ride to my office. Upon arrival, there were only two service people and the person I was meant to chec item. I got there 30 min early to coordinate a ride to my office. Upon arrival, there were only two service people and the person I was meant to check in was not there. Waited 40 mins just to check vehicle in. It was very busy which isn’t the problem, I just expected smoother process with an appt booked as early as I did. When I did speak with a service person, I was told it was a 2 hour process, but due to how busy techs were, expect around noon that day. I waited until 1pm and attempted to call for a status update. I called 6 times with no answer. I even called new appt desk, just so they could transfer me to the same phone that wouldn’t pick up. I decide to have someone drop me off at 4pm to see. Once arrived, I waited again and finally the keys were handed to another person to pull the car around. Apparently it was ready, but I received no courtesy call. More

I bought my Truck from this dealership and it was my first time in for service. I will not be back. First off I had a 745 am appt. and when I should up the line was a 7 cars deep because there was a c first time in for service. I will not be back. First off I had a 745 am appt. and when I should up the line was a 7 cars deep because there was a car that had been dropped off overnight they couldn't start and hadn't moved. Non of the 2 (yes only 2) service advisors had bothered to come out and explain and help the cars lining up. Upon entering I got the basics I needed completed because the other issues I need looked at they were too back up to even look at it. Suggested i come back in a few weeks, Asked how long the oil change and tire rotation would be and was told "1 hour to 1 1/2 hours tops." 2 hours later truck still on a rack and no updates. Went to see what was going on, still only 2 service advisors) and they couldn't get ahold of the tech. they asked me for 20 minutes which turned into 30. Finally got my tuck back and got in it...smelled like oil so the tech had his oily hands on the steering wheel and seats, oil life was not reset, no paperwork showing what had been competed and they didn't even bother to run it through the car wash. Had to leave as I had been there for almost 3 hours now. Called the service manager and GM each twice with no return call/text or email. Worst experience ever and I will not be back. I could have changed the oil, rotated the tires and washed the truck faster. More
