Poor communication on this visit. I already had the oil changed and instructed them not to do it. My visits are most of the time great. The person checking me out was very good. Dropped my car off to have the AC repaired, ride was provided to drop me off and bring me back. Everything went smoothly, though repair was expensive. If there is something that needs to be addressed, it's the way service is conducted now. This dealership moved to an "appointment" based model, I'm assuming it's some corporate fiscally driven decision from higher up. The turn around time is horrible now, simple oil changes require 1/2 the day, where as 2 years ago I could come in and leave in 1 hour. More
