This was the worst service I’ve ever been provided. My advisor was Rick. I dropped my car off on a 11/13/21 and finally was told what the issue was on 11/29. I was told numerous of times that he would follow up with me and give me a status update. NOT ONE TIME DID HE CAL AND FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I had to call each time and when I would finally get in contact with him he would say I’m still working on it. If you set an expectation with a customer you should follow up with the customer and not have them call you every other day to follow up. I’m sure he wouldn’t like that type of customer service. I will NEVER bring my car back here for anything or purchase another Ford. His professionalism was unacceptable and is a reflection of your company. Train your service advisors better and provide better customer service. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone. POOR SERVICE!!!! More
I had my 2020 Explorer I service for a week for a faulty auto-stop feature (thank you for the loaner) When I picked up the Explorer on Saturday Oct. 23 I was told the the technician could not duplicate the auto-stop feature (thank you for the loaner) When I picked up the Explorer on Saturday Oct. 23 I was told the the technician could not duplicate the problem. No correction made. The function has not worked since I picked it up last week. Please advise. More
Dealership is located in my general area but more important are the people in the service area. They are always welcoming and eager to help. The waiting area is always very clean and has hot coffee a important are the people in the service area. They are always welcoming and eager to help. I am totally perplexed and frustrated. I have been to AutoNation Ford three times since August to try to get service on the Air Conditioner on my 2014 Expedition. No other shop has serviced my vehicle an AutoNation Ford three times since August to try to get service on the Air Conditioner on my 2014 Expedition. No other shop has serviced my vehicle and I have been to AutoNation as a very loyal customer. I have the platinum extended service for the vehicle. Each time I come in to have the vehicle looked at, they tell me it will be 7 to 10 days before a technician will even look at it AND I had to sign up for service and leave the car there during the "waiting period". This is unacceptable! I work, I need my car to get to work and while at work. I cannot be without a car for 7 to 10 days before it is even diagnosed! I don't see how this system works for your customers... Please advise as to my options or give me better service please, More
