Work was timely and got my car back sooner than expected. Appointment was for Monday. I had to drop off Saturday due to schedule. Monday morning at 8:00 got a call it was ready!! My parts fir the recall were not ordered or in stock for my appointment that I had scheduled 2 weeks before. Rickey said he would order and I was grateful he checked before I left the dealership. This was the worst service I’ve ever been provided. My advisor was Rick. I dropped my car off on a 11/13/21 and finally was told what the issue was on 11/29. I was told numerous of times that he would fol advisor was Rick. I dropped my car off on a 11/13/21 and finally was told what the issue was on 11/29. I was told numerous of times that he would follow up with me and give me a status update. NOT ONE TIME DID HE CAL AND FOLLOW UP WITH ME. I had to call each time and when I would finally get in contact with him he would say I’m still working on it. If you set an expectation with a customer you should follow up with the customer and not have them call you every other day to follow up. I’m sure he wouldn’t like that type of customer service. I will NEVER bring my car back here for anything or purchase another Ford. His professionalism was unacceptable and is a reflection of your company. Train your service advisors better and provide better customer service. I would Not recommend this dealership to anyone. POOR SERVICE!!!! More
