Fabian was great! I brought my wife's 2016 Edge in for a 30,000 mile checkup and oil change and waited for it. Fabian kept me informed as to the progress the whole time so I didn't have to keep checking myself. He was also able to explain some of the details about the Premium Maintenance Plan my wife purchased when she bought the car so she can get the most benefit from it. More

My visit initially was terrible. I showed up to drop off my 2019 Ford F350. Jeremy was my service advisor. I told him I needed a oil change and MOST IMPORTANTLY while they were doing that to please have a my 2019 Ford F350. Jeremy was my service advisor. I told him I needed a oil change and MOST IMPORTANTLY while they were doing that to please have a look at my fuses because my lights on my horse trailer no longer operate properly, yet when I plug in someone else truck they work fine. I left and about 45 min later Jeremy called and told me I need a cabin filter, fuel filter, and a rear end flush ( I think that's what he called it). I was waiting to see what the results on the fuses were, but Jeremy ended the conversation asking if I wanted to do all three services. I then asked "well what was the outcome of the fuses"? Jeremy said oh yea wait let me ask. He literally put me on a brief 15-20 sec hold, take me off hold and says "I have the tech right here in front of me and he found no issues with the fuses". I then said ok nevermind, but when I get there please show me where the fuses are. He said the tech's would be busy when I came to pick up my truck. Which just frustrated me EVEN more. When I came to pick up my truck, Jeremy wasn't there, so Fabian helped me. Fabian turned the whole experience back around and gave me service I have been used to for the last few years. He even showed me himself where the fuses were in my truck. More
Brought my wife’s car in for an oil change and 70k mile service. They were completely booked for weeks so I came early in the morning and they had me all wrapped up in under a few hours, was super grateful service. Work was timely and got my car back sooner than expected. Appointment was for Monday. I had to drop off Saturday due to schedule. Monday morning at 8:00 got a call it was ready!! My parts fir the recall were not ordered or in stock for my appointment that I had scheduled 2 weeks before. Rickey said he would order and I was grateful he checked before I left the dealership.
