My interaction with Ford's Frisco Service Dept was a wonderful experience. Sean, (my advisor), listened, understood my concerns, & responded back quickly. Upon arriving for a check engine issue, my car was immediately checked in, I was given an ETA for when to expect a call back to go over the problem, cost, questions, etc. And just as promised, Sean and the mechanics delivered. I was in and out by 1pm that same day. Ford's team certainly met and exceeded all my expectations. They very much have a customer first attitude. Really appreciate their professionalism! I also wanted to thank Obiora Ezeh who checked me in and kept me informed throughou AutoNation Ford for their professionalism and speed to execution! I asked him a question about another issue and he took ownership right away even though he wasn't able to get me in right away to take care of the issue due to tight schedule. He was able to get all my information to schedule me on the next available appointment. He was very honest. Thank you!!!
