When I took my vehicle to AutoNation Ford Frisco at 10am the service guy went thru the recall, there were actually 3 different ones. I was told they would contact me when the work was completed and my car was ready. He said it would only take 45 mins to an hour. After not hearing from anyone all day I called them at 4:30pm to get a status update on my car. They told me one recall was done but the other 2 recalls had expired and they could not perform the fix I would need to go to a Ford dealership. Strange that a recall expires only a week after notification?? Not sure why they did not tell me they could not fix it before I took the day off from work in order to get my vehicle to AutoNation Ford? They suggested that I could take my vehicle to a Ford dealership to get the fix which I definitely will as well as any further business I do from Ford. AutoNation Ford is an absolute joke!! When people speak so poorly of used car salesman it is AutoNation Ford that they are referring to. Horrible service department! More

Had a 9 AM service appointment. My advisor was not feeling well, so Fabian handled my vehicle. Thought I would get “lost in the shuffle” but Fabian made sure everything was handled in a timely manner feeling well, so Fabian handled my vehicle. Had my car over night waiting on a new tire that was suppose to be there the next morning at 10:00am Car was to be ready at 12:00. Showed up at noon to pick up my car and no tire and no call from the suppose to be there the next morning at 10:00am Car was to be ready at 12:00. Showed up at noon to pick up my car and no tire and no call from the dealership to tell me it wasn’t ready. They didn’t know when the tire was going to be there. So I went somewhere else to get my tire and it took 1 hour to fix it. More

Everything was fine except that I had to leave my truck there for 7 days before they could look at it. I would have been happy to bring it in 7 days later and use it for the days it was sitting in the dea there for 7 days before they could look at it. Fabian was great! I brought my wife's 2016 Edge in for a 30,000 mile checkup and oil change and waited for it. Fabian kept me informed as to the progress the whole time so I didn't have to keep checking myself. He was also able to explain some of the details about the Premium Maintenance Plan my wife purchased when she bought the car so she can get the most benefit from it. More

My visit initially was terrible. I showed up to drop off my 2019 Ford F350. Jeremy was my service advisor. I told him I needed a oil change and MOST IMPORTANTLY while they were doing that to please have a my 2019 Ford F350. Jeremy was my service advisor. I told him I needed a oil change and MOST IMPORTANTLY while they were doing that to please have a look at my fuses because my lights on my horse trailer no longer operate properly, yet when I plug in someone else truck they work fine. I left and about 45 min later Jeremy called and told me I need a cabin filter, fuel filter, and a rear end flush ( I think that's what he called it). I was waiting to see what the results on the fuses were, but Jeremy ended the conversation asking if I wanted to do all three services. I then asked "well what was the outcome of the fuses"? Jeremy said oh yea wait let me ask. He literally put me on a brief 15-20 sec hold, take me off hold and says "I have the tech right here in front of me and he found no issues with the fuses". I then said ok nevermind, but when I get there please show me where the fuses are. He said the tech's would be busy when I came to pick up my truck. Which just frustrated me EVEN more. When I came to pick up my truck, Jeremy wasn't there, so Fabian helped me. Fabian turned the whole experience back around and gave me service I have been used to for the last few years. He even showed me himself where the fuses were in my truck. More
