People are nice and helpful. They informed me of my car needs upon inspection and referenced future needs. They were able to get all things I requested done in a short period of time. The only negative is, needs upon inspection and referenced future needs. They were able to get all things I requested done in a short period of time. The only negative is, I called for appointment on November 3rd and the first available appointment was November 26. I hope in future they will be able to find workers for their customers to reduce wait time. More

Absolutely Terrible service and management. They kept my son’s truck for an entire week without getting it diagnosed. Our family had to share cars for a solid week because we thought that FORD was fixing my son’s truck for an entire week without getting it diagnosed. Our family had to share cars for a solid week because we thought that FORD was fixing my son’s truck, all the while his truck just sat in their parking lot. And my son’s truck was there for a window switch, so it was drivable, but yet it just sat in their parking lot. When we told the GM and service manager, they could have cared less. We will NEVER give Auto Nation Ford Frisco our business. And we own or have owned 9 Ford trucks/suv past and present and we will take our business elsewhere More
Travis and Fabian in the Service Dept. did a great job taking care of me. The problem was not easy to fix but they were creative, customer-friendly and responsive to my request. Biggest issue is not returning calls. I couldn't get a return call so just took the car to the dealership. Once there, they were able to work me in and fix the problem the same day. Very courteous team return call so just took the car to the dealership. Once there, they were able to work me in and fix the problem the same day. Very courteous team and efficient. They showed me pictures of my tires and recommended I get new ones immediately. I called the next day about purchasing the tires recommended, however, I never got a call back so took the care elsewhere for tires. More
