I was contacted by the dealership for a recall issue. I made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. T made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. They said they couldn't find the recall issue,so they did nothing to correct it. I also explained an issue with the fuel pump sensor with check engine light. I was told that it was corrected. They did charge for this work. It didn't take 1 day for the light to return and the issue has returned. I don't know what happened to the service department, as it hasn't been reliable in over a year and a half. Basically, I was without my truck for 7 days and charged $160 something for nothing to be corrected or resolved. I believe this relationship is finished. More

Fabian always takes care of my vehicle in a timely and friendly manner. in my years of working in different service jobs he is one of the best. Ran full diagnostics couldn't find a code on why my truck at times would turn but not start. But the Truck finally got the issue to occur, turn but not start and then they were able to find a loose wire. Res at times would turn but not start. But the Truck finally got the issue to occur, turn but not start and then they were able to find a loose wire. Reset the wire and the Truck started. It did take some time but they were able to find the issue. More

Worst experience by far!!! Customer service as steady declined consistently. I have brought my f-150 here over the past 5 yrs and have been a loyal customer with everything from oil changes to repairs. T declined consistently. They were about to tear apart my motor for the cam phase recall and charge me $5000 and that wasn't even the problem. The recall notice clearly states it does not affect the performance, safety or emissions of the vehicle. IT IS JUST AN UNDISIRABLE NOISE ON START UP!! My advisor disregarded the noise I was telling him I was hearing and told me it was the cam phasers. I did my research!! Told them do not tear into my engine I wanted a certified mechanic to ride with me. And sure enough it was the vacuum lines on the 4 wheel drive that had a leak. Had nothing to do with the cam phasers. $5000 went to only a $450 fix. I DID MY RESEARCH on this cam phaser recall which they are scamming people with. They would of charged me $5000 and let me walk out of there!! DO your research!!! Now to the lack of NO COMMUNICATIOM!!!! They had my truck for over 14 days. NO communication from AutoNation. My truck had been ready for pick up and no one called me. When I eventually called my service advisor put it off on someone else saying he was out and he left it up to another advisor to call me. HORRIBBLE ALL AROUND!!! More
