I was contacted by the dealership for a recall issue. I made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. T made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. They said they couldn't find the recall issue,so they did nothing to correct it. I also explained an issue with the fuel pump sensor with check engine light. I was told that it was corrected. They did charge for this work. It didn't take 1 day for the light to return and the issue has returned. I don't know what happened to the service department, as it hasn't been reliable in over a year and a half. Basically, I was without my truck for 7 days and charged $160 something for nothing to be corrected or resolved. I believe this relationship is finished. More

Ran full diagnostics couldn't find a code on why my truck at times would turn but not start. But the Truck finally got the issue to occur, turn but not start and then they were able to find a loose wire. Res at times would turn but not start.
