After waiting longer than expected to get an appointment for a simple oil change, I went in and was convinced to get the full 60K mile package - unexpected but it was due. Jeremy did a fine job explaining what was included and customizing items to be done to keep the price down. The work was done well, in a reasonable time and at an expected "dealer price." However, after spending almost $1,500, I wish they had the level of customer care to include a quick washing of my car. These little things make a difference. My wife can get a free car wash at her dealer anytime she wants and would not consider doing business with anyone else. More
They have insufficient communication about status of service on your call, even when you call and leave multiple messages. I was contacted by the dealership for a recall issue. I made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. T made the appointment then. I dropped my truck off at 4pm 12/27/21. I learned Friday 12/31/21 it hadn't been touched. I picked it up Tuesday 1/4/22. They said they couldn't find the recall issue,so they did nothing to correct it. I also explained an issue with the fuel pump sensor with check engine light. I was told that it was corrected. They did charge for this work. It didn't take 1 day for the light to return and the issue has returned. I don't know what happened to the service department, as it hasn't been reliable in over a year and a half. Basically, I was without my truck for 7 days and charged $160 something for nothing to be corrected or resolved. I believe this relationship is finished. More
