Took the dealer 7 days to look at my truck. No response from the service department. I called and left countless voicemails. Crickets. When I did get my truck back it was dirty. I didn’t bring it in th from the service department. I called and left countless voicemails. Crickets. When I did get my truck back it was dirty. I didn’t bring it in that way. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I won’t be back. More
The wait was a bit longer than expected seeing that I booked my appointment early enough to get in and out. Needless to say I drive from Fort Worth just for bc I like their services. booked my appointment early enough to get in and out. Make sure you check your bill closely. Went in for steering work on my F150. Per phone conversation the bill should have been around $3,000. When I went to check out the bill was over $3600. After steering work on my F150. Per phone conversation the bill should have been around $3,000. When I went to check out the bill was over $3600. After reviewing the invoice I Found that they were charging me $400 core charge for a part that had taken off my truck and they had. Took some time but I got them to remove the charge. Additionally their front brake work they did on my truck only lasted 10,000 miles. Make sure you review your invoice. Not happy at all with AutoNation Ford Frisco but I bought a 2021 Ford Explorer from them that will need warranty work, so I am stuck with them More
I took my car here because it was having transmission issues. I set up an appointment to help make things run smoothly. My car was there for 8 days. On the 8th day they called and told me it was ready. T issues. I set up an appointment to help make things run smoothly. My car was there for 8 days. On the 8th day they called and told me it was ready. They pulled my car around and it looked like no one had touched it. I ordered a detail service as well, and the car was not detailed after 8 days. The transmission was not looked at either. Basically, they just stored my car outside for 8 days and then once I started calling they just gave it back without doing anything. They pulled my car to get it detailed and the process normally takes much longer, they finished it in 45 minutes and basically it was a wipe down, not a full detail like I paid $200 for. I will never return to this place for service, detail, or to purchase a car. They treat their customers like dirt, and do not answer phones, or respond to text-option that they specifically offer. This is not a well run establishment. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away. More
