I took my car in for my oil change and tire rotation. My sync system had somehow disconnected and was stuck trying to reactivate. Clint (worlds best advisers) immediately got on the phone with the area rep and he was at the dealership and fixed my system! Clint even went as far as to power wash my suv because it had a ton of tree sap on it! From sales to service, I have had nothing but good experience with this dealership and will have all of my maintenance done plus, will remember the great service when it comes time to trade in! Clint, thank you again for being so great!!! More

Had a very bad experience with the service department. I went there for oil change and it took over 4 hours to get the job done and after I received the car and went back home I noticed that the oil chang I went there for oil change and it took over 4 hours to get the job done and after I received the car and went back home I noticed that the oil change label on the windshield shows the wrong mileage for the next oil change and they didn’t top off the fluids. Never going back again for any future repairs :( More
This was the first trip to this dealership that I did not have any problems. Normally, for service they keep my car a lot longer than they need to and the communication is awful. Worst establishment ever. So unprofessional and zero communication between staff members. They tried to charge me almost $2000 for a FREE RECALL appointment because it took them an entire week to see that my milage was 100 miles over the warranty. What a joke. I paid for a rental for an entire week for my car To not even be touched. & xxxx you jeremy you were so rude on the phone. Who says “how are you? Haha well lets see after this phone call…” Disgustingly rude. More

Waited the whole day for an oil change and to get my synch fixed. They needed a part for the synch which the never called me about until I got there, than told me my car was ready. Btw my appointment was at 9am and I went there @3 because no one ever called me for a status update. When I go there they told me the car wasn’t ready. It doesn’t take that long for an oil change. Once I got the car they didn’t refill the washer fluid what joke. I c allied the service manager to complain. I think it’s the service tech that rush as well as the advisor that don’t care More
