Good communication with the service department. Fixed my truck in a day but had my truck for a week. Fabian was very helpful and kept me updated on the truck getting fixed. After dealing with other dealerships that could not fix the problem Autonation was able to find the issue and fix it in a timely mat getting fixed. Brought our Ford Edge in on 4/1 to find cause of issue with air conditioning not cooling. No one called for status. Called on Monday to find out they would not be looking at the car until Thursday!! This was not stated when we made the appointment or at drop off. Did not hear anything by Thursday afternoon so we call and told them to forget it and will take to a local repair shop. Took it to a local repair shop that evening and had it back the next day repaired for minimal cost. Have taken three of our Fords here and have had repeat issues with long waits (days/weeks) for assessment/repair each time. Will never have repairs done again at AutoNation Ford of Frisco!! More
