Fabian was very helpful and kept me updated on the truck getting fixed. After dealing with other dealerships that could not fix the problem Autonation was able to find the issue and fix it in a timely mat getting fixed. Brought our Ford Edge in on 4/1 to find cause of issue with air conditioning not cooling. No one called for status. Called on Monday to find out they would not be looking at the car until Thursday!! This was not stated when we made the appointment or at drop off. Did not hear anything by Thursday afternoon so we call and told them to forget it and will take to a local repair shop. Took it to a local repair shop that evening and had it back the next day repaired for minimal cost. Have taken three of our Fords here and have had repeat issues with long waits (days/weeks) for assessment/repair each time. Will never have repairs done again at AutoNation Ford of Frisco!! More

(Well my adviser never answered the phone and never called me back.) Left truck on Monday for a recall (he didn't know about the recall and he's a FORD ADVISOR) so I call Wednesday( I had to talk to a called me back.) Left truck on Monday for a recall (he didn't know about the recall and he's a FORD ADVISOR) so I call Wednesday( I had to talk to a different advisor) said call back Friday. So I call and he's like we looked the truck and your covered by the cps program and that they were waiting for me to give the ok since Thursday and I asked for my advisor they said he was out I called him directly and left an email still nothing from him luckily the Ford advisor named Kyle let me know that that he was going to let them know to work on the truck and also recommend sparks plug change so I did it them. So I call again asking for clenton and nothing but Kyle was there and he said that the truck was ready and that my advisor should have reached out to me on Monday it's now (Wednesday) the it was ready so Kyle gets clenton and he doesn't know what other work was done on the truck so all n all my advisor was no help by Kyle was More
