My experiences with AutoNation Ford Frisco have been awesome. The rep was friendly, honest and very professional. Service took longer than I thought, 3 hours vs an estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. Apart from that the Service Advisor was professional and courteous. Scheduled my vehicle for service, attempted to add a set of tires. After several phone calls, voice mails, emails.... not a single person bothered to call back to confirm. Worst experience of my life and communication was nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voi nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voicemails or texts, they said it would take 4-5 days before it would even be "looked at". That information would have been nice to hear when I dropped it off!!! Gave it 4 days and still no one looked at it. Picked up Ford vehicle and brought it a local car repair shop and it was diagnosed and repaired the next morning. Never again will I ever go to another Ford dealership!!!!!!!! More
