Service on vehicle was not done on a timely manner - should have been done by end of day and was not done until 2 PM the next day. Also, at 9:30 when I called they said it would be done by 10. No communication like promised, I had to call several time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. When I finally got fed up and went to get my truck they got insp time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. I have a service package and was getting a routine service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. Service advisor stated he would call this morning service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. I had to call and check status myself that afternoon, and then was told i did in fact need brakes it would be completed at the end of the day. I went for pick up after work and then told it was gonna be close of business atleast at 9pm. More

I had a great experience at this dealership and this was my very first time there. I came in for one service and left out with a lot more than I expected…but was much needed and I appreciated that.
