I have a service package and was getting a routine service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. Service advisor stated he would call this morning service performed. I reported a brake issue at time of drop off and suspected i needed brake pads. Service advisor stated he would call this morning when they visualized the brakes. He did not call. I had to call and check status myself that afternoon, and then was told i did in fact need brakes it would be completed at the end of the day. I went for pick up after work and then told it was gonna be close of business atleast at 9pm. More
I had a great experience at this dealership and this was my very first time there. I came in for one service and left out with a lot more than I expected…but was much needed and I appreciated that. The only negative is that the wait times were super long and I got there very early. Other than that, my service advisor was great, staff was great, and I’d return again. More
My experiences with AutoNation Ford Frisco have been awesome. The rep was friendly, honest and very professional. Everything was explained before and after service was performed, and my vehicle was read awesome. The rep was friendly, honest and very professional. Everything was explained before and after service was performed, and my vehicle was ready when promised. I’m not sure if they service other makes/models, but they do an awesome job on Fords. Service took longer than I thought, 3 hours vs an estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. Apart from that the Service Advisor was professional and courteous. Only complaint really is that we use this facility fou estimated 1.5 to 2 hours. Apart from that the Service Advisor was professional and courteous. Scheduled my vehicle for service, attempted to add a set of tires. After several phone calls, voice mails, emails.... not a single person bothered to call back to confirm. Worst experience of my life and communication was nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voi nonexistent. Dropped off my Ford vehicle and when I called the Ford dealership main number at the end of the day, because no one was returning my voicemails or texts, they said it would take 4-5 days before it would even be "looked at". That information would have been nice to hear when I dropped it off!!! Gave it 4 days and still no one looked at it. Picked up Ford vehicle and brought it a local car repair shop and it was diagnosed and repaired the next morning. Never again will I ever go to another Ford dealership!!!!!!!! More
