Fairly easy buying process. However, it did take a while to get all the paperwork done. Service Department could be better. Purchased the Service Plan. Made the Service appointment for Maintenance visit. When I got there, the Service Advisor said “we may need to order the oil filter, since we don’t normally carry filters for a Toyota Tundra, so it may take an hour fifteen minutes to 1.5 hours. 30 minutes later, he tells me they ordered the filter and it should take 25-30 minutes. It took 2 and a half hours to change the oil and oil filter, rotate the tires and check tire pressure! I was the first one there. They knew I had a Toyota Tundra per the appointment. You’d think they would have ordered the filter ahead of time so they would have it for my appointment. 2.5 hours??C’mon, man! More
Brought in my F-250 for service. Got checked in on time and got out in a reasonable amount of time (I waited in the lobby). Everyone was courteous and I was happy when I left. However, when I got home and read the work order, what was done on my truck was not what I came in for. I called the service desk and got another appointment the very next day and now the work is all done. Again the team there was friendly and got me out of there pretty quickly. Anyone can make a mistake but make sure you and your advisor go over exactly what work is to be performed. I would come back if I have a service need for my vehicle. More
Service Advisor terrible, told me four different times he would call next day, never once did he call. Two trim pieces left off, laying in back of vehicle. Service on vehicle was not done on a timely manner - should have been done by end of day and was not done until 2 PM the next day. Also, at 9:30 when I called they said it would be done by 10. No communication like promised, I had to call several time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. When I finally got fed up and went to get my truck they got insp time and to check on my truck that was there 10 days with only one thing addressed. When I finally got fed up and went to get my truck they got inspection done and checked radio which needed a part so I had to come back. When I came back the part was there but had to put the old part back in due to the Ford computers were down. Jena was good and did communicate but all other stuff was out of her control. More
Services always does their best to accommodate my tight availability schedule, which is greatly appreciated! This visit went well, short of having being left on hold for 25 minutes when I called to see if availability schedule, which is greatly appreciated! Very courteous service while waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Was asked numerous times if I wanted coffee or water.
