My appointment was not on time, however I was happy receive my car back on the same day. I did assume that with it being my first time, I would have gotten an explanation of the works done or the other services offered, or a 30 second car wash. More
I made an appointment and spent 2 days trying to get a hold of the service advisor I was assigned to. When I dropped my car off he told me it wouldn’t be touched for 2 days. I told him about the issue and hold of the service advisor I was assigned to. When I dropped my car off he told me it wouldn’t be touched for 2 days. I told him about the issue and an extended warranty, to which he said he was familiar with. I finally get a text with video and pictures, and since I didn’t have time to watch the video, I looked at the photos and was in near tears - it showed my vehicle needing new tires (mine are just barely a year old) and it showed my brakes being bad along with air filter needing replaced. I was in a tizzy and panicking due to all these issues. I finally watched the video only to find out the video said my brakes and tires were great. Upon closer inspection, I realized the advisor sent the WRONG photos. It wasn’t even my car. I called and asked him about it as well as the issue I brought it in for. He blamed the mechanics for the mis-matched photos. Later I received a quote - and what I thought was warranty was over $900! I called the service manager and told him everything. He said he would look into it and call me back. A short while later I was called by another service advisor who had taken over my case. He was actually really good and gave good guidance. I still cried hearing that my car was made 36 days past the cut-off for the extended warranty so it was not covered, even though it was made in the same factory as the known issue. I also asked for my car to be appraised at that point, as I was taking other necessary steps to try and see if there was any lead way for my car. Two days later I stop by the dealership to check on my car. The advisor was gone for the day. The sales guy I had briefly spoken to was there and I found out my car had NOT been appraised, even though the service advisor requested it. I was frustrated because the agency I had to file a complaint with about the extended warranty told me I wouldn’t hear back for 6-8 weeks. By this time I’m in near tears again, frustrated, feeling helpless. I leave the dealership. They finally appraised my car, but by this time, my husband wanted us to bring my car home. I bring my husband back to get my car and find out there’s a $165 charge for diagnostics that I wasn’t told about. I made a comment that I wasn’t told about it and the person helping me shrugged it off as if it wasn’t a big deal to him. After all I had been through that week, it was a HUGE deal to me. My husband said pay so we can get the car out. I paid, but after all I had been through, I wish they would have had some sort of empathy for our situation. It still frustrates me that after everything, and especially since I wasn’t told about the fee at drop-off, I had to pay it. I won’t be back, and do not recommend. I even responded to a follow-up text expressing my concerns and no one reached out to discuss it. It’s really frustrating and disappointing. More

I called and made an appointment for 8:30am the next morning. I drop my car off the night before as Andie said I could. Whom I later find out is at a call center. When I get to the dealership they proce morning. I drop my car off the night before as Andie said I could. Whom I later find out is at a call center. When I get to the dealership they proceed to tell me the car won't be worked on for 5-7 business days. My sales rep Clint Selvey wasn't available so I left the car and called 1st thing in the morning. I left Clint several messages and NEVER received a call back or even an acknowledgement from him. Finally around 4pm I called and spoke with Elmer who was ever so kind and helpful. I asked if my car had even been looked at. The answer was "no" I then said "I'll be right down to pick it up" 1. You don't tell someone they have an appointment to only get there to find out their car won't be looked at for 5-7 days. 2. Where's the customer service? I leave multiple messages but Clint can't call me back, when I see him standing around talking with his co-workers as Elmer goes to get my car. I refuse to ever use this dealership. They have no customer service or at least Clint doesn't. More
Took car in for brake system issue on a Saturday. Was “fixed” quickly. All good. Next day, Sunday, same issue. Took back Monday morning, was told by Fabian there was no record of me being there Saturday - no paperwork about the repair. Travis remembered us being there, & even identified a new brake booster that had been installed on the vehicle. Later in day was told technician cannot duplicate the issue, even though the computer system threw out multiple codes. There is a Ford tech service bulletin about the issue, but apparently the issue has to present itself to the technician before it can be repaired. 4 days later, no update on status. Fortunately, Nick has given us a loaner car, which does have working brakes. I will complete the optional ratings once the service is complete. More
