Made an appointment for an oil change but still had to wait 2 hours, which seemed a bit long for something so simple. Additionally, they didn’t offer to wash the truck as the last two dealers have. I know you don’t get a wash at the quick oil change places but they don’t charge as much either. The staff was very friendly, however. One other issue is that the Ford Pass points didn’t get posted to my account. I went to the app to note the points weren’t posted but it couldn’t find the invoice. Maybe just slow posting by Ford or the dealer. More

The front worker was very friendly. He took the time to answer our questions nicely and we didn't feel rushed at all. My car had its oil change in the expected time as told. I love how they have vending machines and free coffee machines for customers to use while waiting for their car! The waiting space was very spacious and clean. I also liked how they provide free fast wifi for customers to use. I always come here to get my car checked up and repaired, and my recent visit to this location went smoothly and nicely, so I definitely will be back again next time! More
I am currently having the worst dealership service experience with Autonation Ford Frisco I have had with any dealership in more than 20 years of buying new cars and taking them to dealerships for ser experience with Autonation Ford Frisco I have had with any dealership in more than 20 years of buying new cars and taking them to dealerships for service. My 2017 F-150 Platinum has been in their shop 3 times so far in 2022 for a combined total of over 1 month for the same transmission problems. My family was stuck and had to be towed on Mother's Day, and had to turn around and limp home with a malfunctioning transmission on a second family trip right after picking up the truck from Autonation Ford the last time. On this third time, our truck has been in the shop 2 weeks and counting. The service department does not answer the phone or return messages. I call them daily and have to call multiple times to get out of recording loops. I called Autonation Corporate Headquarters 1 week ago and received improved responsiveness from a service representative for a day, and since then he promises to call and does not. Today, someone answered and said the representative (Kyle) would be right with me. I waited on hold over 20 minutes and no one ever picked up, I went to the dealership to speak with service manager and was told to sit in the waiting area. The Service Manager never came out, and I had to leave. Two weeks in, I have no personal contact, no information about whether or when my truck will be repaired, and am reaching out to Corporate again. Do not buy a vehicle from Autonation Ford or take your car or truck to them for service. More

Fabian has been my service advisor for the last few visits and he always goes above and beyond with attention to detail with explanations of what needs to be done to help preserve and the best pricing options for whatever is needed at that time. Never tries to push or oversell just gives you the best options to maintain your vehicle in the manner you see fit that will optimize your vehicles life. Fast and efficient for this service team. I don't like the fact that once a ticket is opened I have to leave my vehicle for days (over a week) before it's even looked at. I should be able to take my vehicle with me and bring it back when the dealers to leave my vehicle for days (over a week) before it's even looked at. Cory, from the custom/speciality parts dept, was incredibly helpful in getting me a rear trailer hitch/bumper for my 17' Explorer. Cory was good at communicating with me every step of the way as parts were coming in, and getting me a good estimate on labor. He was always in a good mood and caring about working around my schedule to get my car in for the appointment. Definitely look forward to working with Cory again on my future repair needs! More
I don't normally don't these if I have something negative to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anyt to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anything wrong, so this time when it was towed in the tech and I both went out and saw the car together and he agreed well there is something wrong. 10 days later you could not find out what was wrong! And the crazy part and the reason for this feedback. The last two times no paperwork was provided this time I demanded paperwork as proof it was in your shop. I brought this one from your location and have had 3 fords in the past. This will be the last Ford for all the issues and the poor service. I am just sad and disappointed, I feel like you guys are just pushing me down the road until the warranty is done. Disappointed doesn't come close. More
