Cory, from the custom/speciality parts dept, was incredibly helpful in getting me a rear trailer hitch/bumper for my 17' Explorer. Cory was good at communicating with me every step of the way as parts were coming in, and getting me a good estimate on labor. He was always in a good mood and caring about working around my schedule to get my car in for the appointment. Definitely look forward to working with Cory again on my future repair needs! More
I don't normally don't these if I have something negative to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anyt to say but I can not this time. My car is 22 months old and have been in your shop 4 times for the same thing. Each time its we could not find anything wrong, so this time when it was towed in the tech and I both went out and saw the car together and he agreed well there is something wrong. 10 days later you could not find out what was wrong! And the crazy part and the reason for this feedback. The last two times no paperwork was provided this time I demanded paperwork as proof it was in your shop. I brought this one from your location and have had 3 fords in the past. This will be the last Ford for all the issues and the poor service. I am just sad and disappointed, I feel like you guys are just pushing me down the road until the warranty is done. Disappointed doesn't come close. More

I arrived at 7 AM and and immediately was met by an agent. The agent pulled up my file and noted that I was there for the periodic maintenance appointment. I would highly recommend Autonation Ford Frisco for service and purchase of any Ford vehicle. More
My experience with the AutoNation service department was extremely poor. While getting an oil change on a Saturday I also mentioned a Tire Pressure Sensor error I had. The service representative checked i extremely poor. While getting an oil change on a Saturday I also mentioned a Tire Pressure Sensor error I had. The service representative checked inventory and told me he would have to order the part and that he would call me. He expected the part to be in the next Monday or Tuesday. By the next Saturday I still had not heard from him in spite of calling several times, writing an email and calling the service department main line (I left a voice message that was never returned). I eventually took my car to Bob Tomes Ford in McKinney and had it fixed there. Bob Tomes Ford is a much further drive for service than AutoNation (30 minutes to BTF versus 5 minutes to AutoNation) but the quality of service I received at both locations prompts me to drive the further distance. Very poor marks AutoNation. More
