I want to personlly thank Fabian for keeping up with my vehicles service! After my advisor left the company I was stuck without any knowledge about my vehicle until I got a hold of Fabian! He was very unde vehicles service! After my advisor left the company I was stuck without any knowledge about my vehicle until I got a hold of Fabian! He was very understanding, thoughtful, and truly heartfelt at my situation and help me right through my process. The service department really needs to step up their appreciation to the company as I can tell the entire operation is in shambles and trying to keep up with their overworked staff. Regardless my vehicle is now in full working order and I could not be more thankful to Fabian for his immediate action towards my vehicle. More
Have had continual issues with this dealer from point of sale in 2015 to repairs and service to date. Managements words and action never match all the way to the top of the dealership. Service employees change regularly as does management because they continue to hire weak people and churn them in and out endlessly. I could go on all day but that would take too long so I’ll give you my most recent experience. I was going out of town so I took the opportunity to bring my car in to check the brakes and front suspension in the car. I told my service associate to call me with what I needed to do but he never did. As the return approached I called him since he never called me and he wouldn’t take my call or return my call for several days. Finally at the last minute he called me to tell me my brakes were fine. I asked about the front end and he said they didn’t get to it and that to get a certified Ford mechanic to run diagnostics on that would be at least 7 days out so I’d need to leave the car there. (Seriously, you can’t make this stuff up.). I told him that was why I left it with him for a week? End of the day he never looked at my car at all until the very last minute after ignoring 3 call and messages from me over a 2 day period near the end of the week he had it. I left his name out because the dealers “churn ‘em in and churn ‘em out “ philosophy tells me management is doing a poor job hiring training, and retaining the right level of talent. At least, in my 6 years association with this dealership and they don’t care because after all Autonation is the largest car dealer in the nation and a public company. Just listen to the recording as you wait on hold endlessly. Seems like a conflict for a solid company and American icon like Ford. Only Ford dealership in one of Americas fastest growing and most livable cities in the Nation. Time for another store because these guys aren’t good enough to keep up as evidenced in the overwhelmed and inept employees and management that run this place. More

In Autonation Frisco, Sales works much better than Services. I had a lot of problems recently on my first service - the management of the expected date for taking the car wasn't good at all and create Services. We were very pleased with the customer service we received for the recall service on my wife's car. Although the Explorer was purchased at another dealer, we choose to continue to use this dealership received for the recall service on my wife's car. Although the Explorer was purchased at another dealer, we choose to continue to use this dealership for service to that vehicle and the Ranger we purchased at the Frisco dealership. More
