Initially I was advised in a call to a female service advisor I had 4 recall items to be addressed. She scheduled me to fix my tailgate latch at 8:00 on 6/30/22. I asked how long it would take to repair all 4 recall items and she stated 10 days. I requested to just address the tailgate latch and I would discuss the other matters with the service manager. Upon my arrival Fabian took care of me. He stated the necessary parts for the tailgate were not available however they could address one other item. He was extremely professional and couture. He had my truck back to me in a short period of time. He is a great representative for your organization. More
I was on vacation with my 2020 Ford Ranger that I purchased at AutoNation in Frisco when I started having severe vibration issues. I notified AutoNation in Frisco about this issue and was told by Ale purchased at AutoNation in Frisco when I started having severe vibration issues. I notified AutoNation in Frisco about this issue and was told by Alex Burris that I should take it or have it towed to the nearest Ford dealership. This happened to be Gary Smith Ford in Fort Walton Beach. At this time my 2020 Ranger only had 13,500 Miles and I was told by Mr. Burris that if the dealer didn’t have a loaner car, then I would be reimbursed un my Platinum Extended Warranty that I purchased at AutoNation Frisco when I bought my truck. Gary Smith’s Ford Service manager, Zac, said that it would be a few days until mu truck was diagnosed and repaired. I rented a car and found out a couple days later that the issue was that my Hankook tires had the belts separate and that it was a manufactures defect. Gary Smith Ford put two new tires on the back and told me that I had to take the tires back to Texas and file the warranty claim myself. Now this was a direct contradiction from what we were told by Hankook tires when we spoke with them. In fact, they had spoken with Zac and told him that the dealer would have to file the claim. Zac at Gary Smith Ford was not being truthful. He then told me that he was going out of his way to take care of me!!! Never heard that before on the multiple Fords that I have purchased in my lifetime. I thought that all authorized Ford Dealerships, with a service department, would take care of a warranty item? The Service Director, Drew, whom was they first nice guy that we dealt with during this issue, talked with us and had us bring the bad tires back and the paperwork and they would file the claim. On the way home there was still a minor vibration issue, so I took my truck back to AutoNation in Frisco. Fabian at the service counter was very pleasant and helpful. At this time, I was informed by the Service Manager, Nick and Alex Burris, that the rental car was not covered because I didn’t “ There is a rental car reimbursement if you used your VPP coverage for an open claim. Our store policy here for rentals, is a diagnostic must be performed before determining the release a rental vehicle”. How could I do this when I was told to drop it off and the Gary Smith’s Service manager told me that it would be a few days. I didn’t know what was wrong at this time and I was on vacation away from my home. This is another scam that the car dealers pulled on me. I will never go back to AutoNation Frisco, and I will be contacting Ford Customer Service and Ford Motor Credit on this issue. Do not buy the Extended warranty!! It is a rip-off! More

From purchasing a new car to getting a great deal on a used car, AutoNation of Frisco is my go to place. AutoNation understands that purchasing a vehicle is not the end of a relationship, that relationshi used car, AutoNation of Frisco is my go to place. AutoNation understands that purchasing a vehicle is not the end of a relationship, that relationship should continue as the vehicle ages and needs maintenance. And, I wouldn't consider taking my Ford to any other dealership. They simply go out of their way to take care of their customers More
Had a 7:30 appointment to get an oil change, tire rotation & recall. It took 5 minutes for a service tech to lift their head from their computers to acknowledge me. I was a “waiter” & would just wo rotation & recall. It took 5 minutes for a service tech to lift their head from their computers to acknowledge me. I was a “waiter” & would just work in the lobby. Was told 2.5 hours, but 5 hours later it was evident they forgot about me. I went to front desk, waited some more. Was finally checked out & paid. Then was left to wait some more. My keys were on the service techs desk. I could see my car had been sitting outside the service area for awhile, so I took my keys & just left. This dealership has time & time again failed miserably on all fronts. It’s not my 1st experience, but my 3rd & they’ve all been horrible. I will never be back. I will never buy a car from them. More
I want to personlly thank Fabian for keeping up with my vehicles service! After my advisor left the company I was stuck without any knowledge about my vehicle until I got a hold of Fabian! He was very understanding, thoughtful, and truly heartfelt at my situation and help me right through my process. The service department really needs to step up their appreciation to the company as I can tell the entire operation is in shambles and trying to keep up with their overworked staff. Regardless my vehicle is now in full working order and I could not be more thankful to Fabian for his immediate action towards my vehicle. More
