Service department is a total mess. They take ZERO phone calls. Will only communicate with you through text messages. The response time is around 2 days. When you do call it routes you They take ZERO phone calls. Will only communicate with you through text messages. The response time is around 2 days. When you do call it routes you to a 3rd party call center saying they are too busy to talk to you. I called them 1 day when I was on the sales side looking to buy a new truck because I saw the service team standing around goofing off. Call went to 3rd party saying they were too busy for calls, LOL. Talked with new Service Director and he said he was working on fixing the issues. Good Luck!!! More

Shame on Ford Motor Company for not fixing this issue permanently when they discoved that there was a problem.
