My vehicle is sitting in the service department at Autonation Ford in Frisco Texas since 8/29/2022. I am now in my THIRD WEEK of a rental car. No one will callback or provide an updated status. Customers SHOULD NOT. have to incur EXCESSIVE rental car expenses (going on three weeks) while waiting to have a vehicle repaired. What is even worse I purchased my vehicle BRAND NEW from this SAME LOCATION! More

On a prior service visit where I had an issue, the service manager informed me that he doesn't even have a voicemail mailbox because he would routinely get "200 messages a day" and got tired of dealing with them. Seems to point to a significant issue if the service manager gets 200 messages a day. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced as the dealership where it was purchased. This dealership is making it very challenging and undesirable to do so. More
