Extremely difficult to make an appointment within a reasonable timeframe. And impossible to get someone to call you back when you leave a message. On a prior service visit where I had an issue, the service manager informed me that he doesn't even have a voicemail mailbox because he would routinely get "200 messages a day" and got tired of dealing with them. Seems to point to a significant issue if the service manager gets 200 messages a day. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced as the dealership where it was purchased. This dealership is making it very challenging and undesirable to do so. More
