Worst service I’ve ever had. $95 oil change, actually put $50 labor + $45 parts on my receipt. My vehicle is sitting in the service department at Autonation Ford in Frisco Texas since 8/29/2022. I am now in my THIRD WEEK of a rental car. No one will callback or provide an updated status. Customers SHOULD NOT. have to incur EXCESSIVE rental car expenses (going on three weeks) while waiting to have a vehicle repaired.
