Worst service I’ve ever had. $95 oil change, actually put $50 labor + $45 parts on my receipt. Autonation Customers should not be treated like this NOR should they have to chase Autonation Service Advisors about repair status. This is very disappointing and unprofessional. Customers SHOULD NOT. have to incur EXCESSIVE rental car expenses (going on three weeks) while waiting to have a vehicle repaired. What is even worse I purchased my vehicle BRAND NEW from this SAME LOCATION! More

Service advisor informed me that while an operator may transfer you to person's voicemail, the service advisor does not have access to the voicemail. On a prior service visit where I had an issue, the service manager informed me that he doesn't even have a voicemail mailbox because he would routinely get "200 messages a day" and got tired of dealing with them. Seems to point to a significant issue if the service manager gets 200 messages a day. I prefer to have my vehicle serviced as the dealership where it was purchased. This dealership is making it very challenging and undesirable to do so. More
