I made an oil change appointment a week ago and yesterday when I brought the car, they made me wait 2 hrs to find out the had not ordered the filter. They told me it would take 30min to get the filter and th when I brought the car, they made me wait 2 hrs to find out the had not ordered the filter. They told me it would take 30min to get the filter and they had me wait another 2 hrs to let me know they ordered the wrong part. They sent me home un lyft and sent for me some hrs later, so I could pick up the car. This disrupted my whole day. The lady at front desk was great and I was not charged, but the process is clearly broken. They need to know what parts they have to order and do so before you get there! And if they make a mistake they should send the car to your house and not make you pick it up. More

Service was completed same day. Will return for future maintenance. Did not care for "recall service" on previous visit. Do not like "auto parking brake." I needed a state inspection and a check engine lamp looked at. I didn't have an appointment and Lorraine got me in and out in a timely manner. I wish there was more advisors like her!
