Service Advisor Obi was great and professional. He was able to overcome being short of technicians that day to get my truck completed by around 5pm. Con: 1. Wait to check-in was amazingly long. Basically ridiculous. Been coming here for years and have never had anything approaching this wait time. Need more help. 2. The price increases are outrageous!! I paid $59.99 for an oil change and tire rotation ~1.5 years ago (and it was $39.99 with a "Works" coupon). This time the oil change alone was $100, and a tire rotation was another $50! Crazy. 3. AN cannot seem to keep my son Tyler's and my vehicles separate in the system. Both are 2103 F150's serviced at AN-Frisco, and invariably the VINs get mixed up. Have attempted to correct this several times in the past, but it doesn't seem to stick. More

Took my vehicle in for a minor repair - replacing passenger mirror. Was working with my insurance company and AutoNation Ford came back $200 over what Farmers said was fair for the repair. I asked AutoNation if they would fix the vehicle based on what insurance would support and they never responded. I waited 2 full days and left messages with the service technician as well as the Service Director asking them to let me know if they would honor that price or not. I was fine either way - I just needed to know if I should leave my car there to be fixed or if I should come pick it up and move it to a place that would fix my car for that price. I never heard back from anyone. This is poor service. Just plain poor. I don't care how busy you are - not responding to your customer's questions in 2 days is insufficient. If they had contacted me and let me know they wouldn't honor the insurance price, I would have been FINE with that. No issues - I would have happily come up and picked up my car. But with no communication at all, I wasted 2 days where I could have been getting my car fixed by someone else. I find this unacceptable. More
