The staff here is fantastic and usually takes good care of their customers. I'm sad that some service advisors feel it's a burden to take care of customers (Sean V.), prioritize their conversations, and wi of their customers. I wish I had gotten the name of the gentleman who assisted me because he was courteous and answered all of my questions, even something unrelated to my visit. More
Service advisor Obi was excellent. Truck finished when promised and he even sent me home with a Lyft and sent one back to get me when my truck was ready. Service Advisor Obi was great and professional. He was able to overcome being short of technicians that day to get my truck completed by around 5pm. Con: 1. Wait to check-in was amazingly long. Basically ridiculous. Been coming here for years and have never had anything approaching this wait time. Need more help. 2. The price increases are outrageous!! I paid $59.99 for an oil change and tire rotation ~1.5 years ago (and it was $39.99 with a "Works" coupon). This time the oil change alone was $100, and a tire rotation was another $50! Crazy. 3. AN cannot seem to keep my son Tyler's and my vehicles separate in the system. Both are 2103 F150's serviced at AN-Frisco, and invariably the VINs get mixed up. Have attempted to correct this several times in the past, but it doesn't seem to stick. More
