Usually a High Five,however this time communication was not as good. We took car in for transmission recall a 10:00 am, were told 2-3 hours on the phone but when we dropped it off it was mentioned it migh not as good. We took car in for transmission recall a 10:00 am, were told 2-3 hours on the phone but when we dropped it off it was mentioned it might be 4 hours to make sure everything was okay, that was fine. We hadn't heard anything at 4 so we called left word and waited for a bit. We drove to the dealer to check on the car as we needed to pick up our grandson in McKinney at 5. we were told it wouldn't be ready until 7. We ended up picking picking up the car the next day. A bit of a surprise as usually the communication is spot on. Called the next day to pick up, said we needed a battery, we said go ahead how long would it take, 45 minutes. This was my fault, I should have asked when they would get to it, I presumed it would actually ready in 45 minutes. Next time, I will be more aware of the timing, just a little problem of clarification mostly on my part. More

The Team at AutoNation and my Advisor appears to be very overwhelmed with a number of challenges in order to book, keep a timely schedule and even get some things scheduled. This was the first time I’ve used this dealership for service. Obiora Ezeh was my service advisor and he was great. Very friendly and welcoming.
