Per the usual,conflicting info and extended wait periods for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. After the 3rd recall letter I called again and made an appointment. The service rep was very confused by the info I had recieved prior, the particular fix did not require any parts that have been on order. I was given 2 lyft rides, the second to a while for me to get. Upon arriving to get my vehicle, everyone was nice. I never did recieve a quote for the very specific service I had requested and once exiting my vehicle had not been washed, which I was advised it would be. I think AutoNation is trying their best, but the daunting number of Ford defects and recalls are taking a toll on any Ford service provider. More
