Got my car from this dealership and came back to get my oil change. The process for the oil change was as seamless as possible and they even provided me Lyft service to and from the dealership. We ordered an after-market hardtop cover for our ‘22 Maverick and the entire process was very easy. The cover arrived on one day, and it was installed the next day. Per the usual,conflicting info and extended wait periods for a safety recall fix. The first call I was advised the parts were not available and they would call me when they were in stock. The service rep was very confused by the info I had recieved prior, the particular fix did not require any parts that have been on order. I was given 2 lyft rides, the second to a while for me to get. Upon arriving to get my vehicle, everyone was nice. I never did recieve a quote for the very specific service I had requested and once exiting my vehicle had not been washed, which I was advised it would be. I think AutoNation is trying their best, but the daunting number of Ford defects and recalls are taking a toll on any Ford service provider. More
