Business comes before customer. They make you feel like they are doing you a favor. You need to follow up about your own vehicle repairs. Booked an appointment in December to get a recall completed (rear camera) and my headliner fixed as it's detaching from the soft top (Known issue, Technical Service Bulletin 23-2024) but they didn't completed (rear camera) and my headliner fixed as it's detaching from the soft top (Known issue, Technical Service Bulletin 23-2024) but they didn't have the parts available. They said they would call me back but never did. I kept calling and finally got an appointment 5 months later because they "finally had the parts in". I show up on the day of my appointment and again, they don't have the parts and said there was nothing they could do. I purchased the Bronco at this dealership but I don't think I'll be coming back for Sales or Service in the future. More
Went in for inspection recall - what should have taken half an hour was told would be an hour and a half. When I asked about it I was told it was standard at AutoNation and then later told by a MANAGER that it was for my safety that they send me out with a safe vehicle - $105 wiper blades for safety (they worked great when I arrived) - $167 cooling system clean and flush for my safety ???? I know why the hour and a half - trying to squeeze everything they can out of people and claiming safety to create fear and push the gouging overpriced spend! Service advisor was great and only following company policy I’m sure - MANAGER not so much - super smart and slowly explained safety reason for multi-point inspection but struggled to explain why they put it down as customer requested when that was an obvious lie! More
I came in late on monday an hour before closing because I believed I had a nail in my tire. I spoke with Obi who informed me that due to the location of the nail that the tire would need to be replaced, he h believed I had a nail in my tire. I spoke with Obi who informed me that due to the location of the nail that the tire would need to be replaced, he however mentioned to me that it appears that I have wheel and tire coverage. He ordered the tire and it arrived the next day and he was able to get me in and out within an hour. Best service experience I've had hands down. More
