NO ONE answers the phone or returns calls. My truck has been in for service since Monday morning 8:30am. Have had no contact from anyone. They have my email and both phone numbers. Crickets! Very poor communication as I can never get a live person to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. I'm going to look at other dealerships who don't hide behind the automated system to avo to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. I'm going to look at other dealerships who don't hide behind the automated system to avoid talking to a customer. I took a screenshot showing I spent over 9 minutes without an answer to the call. Horrible customer service. The AutoNation corporate office needs to correct this. More
The work on my car us always done and done well, but the dealership is just really busy. Had a Focus in for transmission issues. Needed a part that was on backoreder and somehow Kevin managed to wrangle one up.Madelyn kept me updated daily.
