I must say if it had not been for Lindsay I would have no choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle i choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle including Nick Nicholson who has a voice mailbox that is full and not accepting anymore calls, all of my dealings with everyone prior to Lindsay were very unprofessional. I again Thank Lindsay very much and believe she should be promoted over everyone at the front service area, she can teach them all how to be professional and courteous. Thank You again Lindsay, I truly appreciate your kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and keeping me informed on my vehicle. More
Understaffed. Overcharged me for an oil change 130+. Never paid more that $50-$60 at any other Ford dealership. The only excuse was price for oil has increased. NO ONE answers the phone or returns calls. My truck has been in for service since Monday morning 8:30am. Have had no contact from anyone. They have my email and both phone numbers. Crickets! Very poor communication as I can never get a live person to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. I'm going to look at other dealerships who don't hide behind the automated system to avo to check the status for the car when it was being worked on. I'm going to look at other dealerships who don't hide behind the automated system to avoid talking to a customer. I took a screenshot showing I spent over 9 minutes without an answer to the call. Horrible customer service. The AutoNation corporate office needs to correct this. More
