I had an appointment two weeks out for master cylinder recall on expedition. They kept it half a day and then told me they did not have the part. I was called a week later and told they had the part and t recall on expedition. They kept it half a day and then told me they did not have the part. After arguing with them, they magically found the part and the repair was finally done. More

Thanks to Sean for the best service I’ve had in 10+ years!! I’ve purchased my last two SUVs from AutoNation and have had my ups and downs with this service department and management but Sean made this years!! I’ve purchased my last two SUVs from AutoNation and have had my ups and downs with this service department and management but Sean made this one so smooth. He was Attentive, listened to issues I had had in the past and took time to make sure the service was done right and in a timely manner. Since it was going to be a few hours before my vehicle would be ready Sean surprised me by offering to arrange a ride home, which had never been offered. I told him thank but explained I lived 24 miles and 40 minutes away but he said no problem. Hope he is my advisor every time. More
