well its a bit of a tussle multiple issues varied services but okay service. left oil cap off after last oil change lots of oil in engine compartment never had mileage sticker replaced for next serv services but okay service. left oil cap off after last oil change lots of oil in engine compartment never had mileage sticker replaced for next service...mixup on free car wash... possible low oil due to cap missing ...possible low lubrication causing metal warpage. never got answer on how much oil was left in prior to service...last minute appointment cancellations...requested diagnostics had fluid changed in power steering...communication was good but some results not entirely favorable... did install coil that arced...but that was after over thousand dollars of engine maintenance. on the next visit... Have been coming to this dealership for over four years for service. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. Love that they do not make you wait at their location while the servic for service. They have always been professional, knowledgeable and thoughtful. I learned that Auto Nation Ford Frisco lost most of its mechanics and its service manager recently after trying to get two warranty service concerns after both problems where no trouble found with no suppo mechanics and its service manager recently after trying to get two warranty service concerns after both problems where no trouble found with no supporting documents from Ford stating they are aware of the problems and have no repair available at this time and since there is no service manager we don't have anyone to complain to More
I would say that the service director, Nick, was doing his very best to ensure we got what needed to be done. Initially, I went in for a battery and a horn issue. I was told they could not work on my battery since they were backed up and I needed to reschedule. I rescheduled only to be told that again there was no way they could work on this. It went something to the tune of, "Sorry, whoever you made the appointment with might've made some side deal to work this, but they are not here." I was floored... (mind you this was my third visit because they had also messed with my tires). Either way, I received a loaner and car stayed for over two weeks. Again, Nick came in to the rescue. (Thank you) I was told that the horn was not covered under a warranty that I was sold at this dealership. I asked to please 2x check. It was not. I asked for the administrator of the warranty and received a lot of run around. I finally was able to figure out it was Assurant. I got in touch with Assurant and found out that no claims or inquiries were ever done. When I was going to pick up the car, more services were added than I had agreed to. Overall, I ended up paying what my deductible would've been, but the experience was horrendous! Services added that I didn't agree to and the sheer fact that no claim was ever done makes me completely loose trust in this dealership. It's a shame that it's the closest Ford dealership to the flagship Ford Center and business practices are just downright bad. I appreciate all that Nick did for us, but good business should not be this difficult to conduct. I hope they can turn their business practices around for their sake and the Ford brand they represent. More

I must say if it had not been for Lindsay I would have no choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle i choice but to leave a very bad review for this Autonation as nobody else there would return my calls or keep me updated on the status of my vehicle including Nick Nicholson who has a voice mailbox that is full and not accepting anymore calls, all of my dealings with everyone prior to Lindsay were very unprofessional. I again Thank Lindsay very much and believe she should be promoted over everyone at the front service area, she can teach them all how to be professional and courteous. Thank You again Lindsay, I truly appreciate your kindness, courteousness, professionalism, and keeping me informed on my vehicle. More
