I needed a required safety recall on my car that came up in my inspection. They scheduled me fast, kept me in the loop by text, and even gave me a great new set of tires for my car at a great price! I also had the car detailed too (carpool can be brutal on the inside let me tell you)! It was actually cleaner than it was when I purchased the vehicle a few years ago! The team here treated me with respect, explained needed additions and didn't talk down to me. I have taken on some car repairs myself and know more than most folks when it comes to maintenance and repairs. I have had other dealers treat me like I am an idiot just because of my gender so many times I have lost count. Not at this Ford dealer. They answered my questions and checked the items I requested they check given the miles on my car. They did not miss a beat! And the car was delivered exactly when they told me it would be and the price was about $100 LESS than they quoted me on the phone! Wow. I would recommend this service dept. They are worth the trip north to Frisco from Carrollton. More
