I'm take service for my Ford escape plug in hybrid, oil change rotate tires. I'm show him discount card about $39 oil change. Car is ready. What about recall? We no have part and technician! 3,5 hours just for oil change? And this cost me $150. Seriously? Department manager call back and design the issue. More
