Had my truck served Oct 11 10/ 23 I had no battery to start truck. I called AAA CA and had a Lock out service and paid for two batteries. Not to happy your service dept. I showed up for an oil change without an appointment. They were very nice and friendly and took my car in for service. They paid for an Uber for me to get to my work. I was told I would get updates by They were very nice and friendly and took my car in for service. They paid for an Uber for me to get to my work. I was told I would get updates by text but never did. When they delivered my car to my work place I was sent an email which went into my junk folder and I never saw it. The security guard messaged me that the person dropping off my car was in the lobby waiting for me. I wished they had texted me instead of emailed me. My car was delivered washed and they even vacuumed it. What a nice service. Definitely recommend and trust them to take care of my car needs. More

First, I wish all dealerships luck hiring more technicians so car dealership services could get back to pre-Covid times. 3 hour waits for an oil change is terrible.
