UPDATE Against my better judgement, I attempted to contact the GM as I was asked to do after my last review. First, an extension would be helpful in order to no get an automated message. After finally getting to an operator I was transferred to the GM. Of course I got a voice mail so I left a message, not once or twice but in fact 3 times. I was never able to get in contact with them and apparently they didn’t want to speak with me as badly as their reply to my last review states. Apparently lies and deceit start at the top at AutoNation. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!! More
I love bringing my cars to this service center because they really take good care of us. They go all and be on the help us. Our overall experience with our Nation Ford, Frisco was very good except when it was time to take possession of our Ford Bronco. I noticed right away that several of the dealer installed options we had pur very good except when it was time to take possession of our Ford Bronco. I noticed right away that several of the dealer installed options we had purchased had not been installed. When I asked our Sales person about this he had no knowledge of these options even though they were listed on Spec sheet attached to vehicle and on the purchase order. I was then informed it would take two days to install these and I had to make an appointment to bring the vehicle back and leave it for those two days. This was frustrating as the dealership had the Bronco for a week before we finalized the sale More
0 stars would be more appropriate. I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. After bringing in the vehicle, still under warranty, on multiple occasions they were eith I have never encountered worse customer service in my life. After bringing in the vehicle, still under warranty, on multiple occasions they were either unable to or unwilling to fix the issues we were having with unbearable break noise (enjoy the video attached). I was told they fixed the vehicle after having it for 3 months but the same problems persisted and I brought it back. At that point they were unable or unwilling to fix the issue after keeping it for an additional month (please see attached texts as well from the service advisor Obiora, Drive Manager Fabian and even the service manager Naomi). I will admit that Naomi was at least present to deal with but even she states that she would have an appraisal done before I come in the next day and the vehicle detailed in attempt to make up for the significant inconveniences. To my surprise, I had to wait about an hour for that appraisal upon my arrival for the appraisal and I’ll let you be the judge as to the level of detailing with the following pics. “Merely noise and usually goes away” is the direct quote but later they claim to not be able to replicate the noise, even with the video I provided. I was also told the GM Jason would be in contact with me but I guess they neglected to give him the message either as I’m still waiting. Never been lied to and disrespected by so many people all at once. To treat anyone this way is appalling but a disabled veteran is unforgivable. I have purchased 6 new Fords and 2 from this dealership but I will never make that mistake again. More
This was our first Ford purchase and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience and the service, both during and after the purchase. I worked with Dennis Gooding with the purchase of my recent car. I had my former car for almost 10 years, so this was my first time having to purchase a vehicle. At no point did I feel like Dennis was worried about making a sale, he simply wanted to make sure I was getting everything I needed out of my vehicle. I would highly recommend visiting Dennis! More
