I left my car for a recall. I got it there at 7am. ( i did have a appointment ) after the car being there all day. it had not been looked at because i was told that they were I got it there at 7am. ( i did have a appointment ) after the car being there all day. it had not been looked at because i was told that they were still working on previous day cars. no one answers the phone. the GM did not even return my call. This is not the first time that I have had bad service . I am sorry that they are short handed. If so, stop taking appointments. Never again. ( only if I have a recall ) More
Told to bring truck in for a diagnostics and then was told 4-6 weeks before they could look at it. Wish they would have told me that before bringing in. The advisor did not respond to the numerous phone calls in a timely manner. When I called the customer service central number, there was no one to pick up the phone. in a timely manner. When I called the customer service central number, there was no one to pick up the phone. More
My new Service Advisor, Obiora, was awesome. He kept me informed, had my car ready when promised, and jumped through hoops to make sure a last minute item I remembered got fixed in record time. I am spoiled with my previous service experiences with other dealers/brands. But Obi lives up to those expectations and exceeded them. More
Unfortunately, as they say a sucker is born every day. Saturday 12/17/22 was my day. Took in the 2020 Explorer (4cylinder) for an oil change. I was advised the pending recall for the axle bolt and asked t Saturday 12/17/22 was my day. Took in the 2020 Explorer (4cylinder) for an oil change. I was advised the pending recall for the axle bolt and asked them to go ahead and knock it out but I knew that would delay the finish time. Signed the auth paperwork but did not bother to ask/confirm the amount for the oil change as we have done it here previously welp that was a mistake on my part. When I finally went to pick it up (no call) they charged me 130.63!!!! for an oil change!! Online they have advertised for 44.95 but of course that does not apply here!!! Ridiculous, never going back! More
I never write reviews, but feel the need to write this one. My car engine shut down completely WHILE driving (but later started back up), so I made an appointment with Autonation Ford Frisco. Scheduling t one. My car engine shut down completely WHILE driving (but later started back up), so I made an appointment with Autonation Ford Frisco. Scheduling the time with work and driving 20 miles to get here is no easy task. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I waited 30 minutes just to get checked in for the appointment. I waited while other service techs did nothing behind the counter. When I was able to get checked in - I'm told that my issue has to be a recurring one for me to get it fixed.... unless I wanted to wait 30-35 days to get it checked out when they have the staff to look at these kinds of issues. Seriously?? Who on earth works full time and can go car-less for 35 days? The rep turned me down and said they could only help if my car broke down again. Am I supposed to ignore engine failure until I break down in the middle of a Dallas highway? What a joke. I have spent thousands at this place over the past few years for routine maintenance and now I will NEVER, NEVER go back. Nice people, but beware if your car engine shuts down and you need it looked at. More
