I sent a copy of it to the sales guy and the service guys and this is what i got Im calling from AutoNation Ford Frisco. I'm reaching out because I got your number from Scott in sales. Just wanted to know touch base and let you know that that I have about 60 vehicles that still need to be looked at so If you're able to drop off, we can put it in line and May be up to honestly 2 to 3 weeks for us to look at it But I just wanted to kind of let you know that's how behind we are fortunately there isn't anything quicker If that's OK then you're welcome to drop the vehicle off anytime I currently don't have any loaners if you do need a loaner vehicle I have a pretty long list on that side as well roughly about four weeks before we call you Just give me a call back. Let me know what you'd like to do. If you wanna get on the list we can put you on the loaner list. Contacted by AutoNation on 7/13 (Saturday) at closing time stating that a 2019 Tacoma I was looking to purchase was still available for sale. An email from AutoNation arrived at 8:34 (34 minutes after c time stating that a 2019 Tacoma I was looking to purchase was still available for sale. An email from AutoNation arrived at 8:34 (34 minutes after closing) confirming my appointment for 9:00 AM on 7/15 to buy the Tacoma. I live several hours away from the dealership, so I purchased two one way airline tickets for my wife and I. Upon arrival in Dallas on 7/15 (8:11 AM). I received a text that the truck had sold over the weekend which basically stranded us in hours from home. Once we got to AutoNation ($50 Uber ride), we were basically told there was "nothing" they could do. Didn't offer to sell us another vehicle, help us arrange transportation home, bottle of water, coffee...not ever an offer to sit down. We literally walked away on foot without so much as a follow up call to see if we were "ok". This goes beyond ethical business practices it violates basic human decency. Buyer beware! More

Title: Terrible Experience with AutoNation Service Center I purchased a lease care plan from Ford covering up to 30,000 miles for $310. Despite having only 15,000 miles on my car, I visited AutoNat Center I purchased a lease care plan from Ford covering up to 30,000 miles for $310. Despite having only 15,000 miles on my car, I visited AutoNation for a routine service/oil change. On the day of service, they informed me that their systems were down and couldn't verify my plan, so I had to pay $140 upfront with promises of reimbursement the next day. After several days passed without hearing from them, I had to initiate contact and provide my lease documents to prove my coverage. Shockingly, they refused to honor the plan and have since ignored my attempts to reach them. This level of incompetence and lack of customer service is utterly disappointing. More
