I got immediate assistance when I arrived for my appointment. They did not waste my time (or theirs). They had the car I wanted, I emailed, got an email and a text back from two different people, said when I'd be there and when I showed up, neither were there. "They" kept coming back close to my other choices but did I really need this or that and what was my top number, no one bothering to explain why it was $25 higher than what I thought was high from research. they finally got close and I signed only to find out later they'd gotten me better rate (good) but hosed me out of at least 2k on trade offers from reputable dealerships. Had I seen that AND the decent rate I'd be looking at roughly $40 less a month and I'd have walked. And it took too long to get out from under the finance for only $200 more a month here's a warranty nonsense. Now I liked the salesman and Myron the finance guy, and the car is sweet but - Go into a deal here knowing to dodge the payments they throw at you and ask to see the real numbers. More
