Absolute crooks, bait and switch with their extended coverages. 9hrs for an oil change and 10hrs+ for a flat repair. Promised loaner vehicle availability during sale but in reality they only offer a Lyf coverages. 9hrs for an oil change and 10hrs+ for a flat repair. Promised loaner vehicle availability during sale but in reality they only offer a Lyft ride within 10 miles. Unfortunately I live outside 10 miles so I was stranded. And don't bother calling the service department because they don't answer the phone. More
