He explained the results of the inspection to me and what to keep an eye on. I asked him a question about another issue and he took ownership right away even though he wasn't able to get me in right away to take care of the issue due to tight schedule. He was able to get all my information to schedule me on the next available appointment. He was very honest. Thank you!!! The technician took good care of my car and turn it around quickly and gave me a complementary wash!! The prices are great, and the waiting area is really nice and comfy. My service advisor, Fabian, provided excellent customer service. As soon as I arrived he informed me that he would request a Lyft ride for me to get home since it would take about 2 - 3 hrs for the servic service.
