First, I wish all dealerships luck hiring more technicians so car dealership services could get back to pre-Covid times. 3 hour waits for an oil change is terrible. No loan cars for these services technicians so car dealership services could get back to pre-Covid times. 3 hour waits for an oil change is terrible. No loan cars for these services is terrible. However, AutoNation's Lyft system and home delivery is a great service IF you don't need your vehicle that day. More

I haven't had need for a car repair lately, but it took a little over 6 weeks to replace the driver's side door. The work was performed under warranty and the repair looks like new and is working well. More
It's another crappy car dealership, what can you say? This has become pretty common these days, and it is the reason I do hope that manufacturers start selling direct to consumer. I feel bad for the sale This has become pretty common these days, and it is the reason I do hope that manufacturers start selling direct to consumer. I feel bad for the salesmen in there trying to make a living. Management doesn't care one bit about them or the customer, all about the bottom line. I ordered a Ford F-250 in October of 2022. Delay after delay (not dealer's fault but still) it finally comes in. During this long wait I had to go ahead and purchase another truck and figured I would decide on which to keep when the Ford came in. Comes in on Monday, they have it ready to show on Tuesday, I try to make it but it is hard to get by, get there on Wednesday and after a rude email from a manager telling me he needs a decision on if I'm taking the truck ASAP, I go in at 6:30 on Wednesday evening. Want some time to look the truck over and make a decision, manager says I have till end of day Thursday... Come in Thursday, get to meet another pushy manager who says they really "aren't trying to pressure me..." but they need a decision because he has to answer to Ford, whatever that means. I'm like xxxx, you made me wait a year on you but I get 24 hours...I take it for a drive, they low ball the xxxx out of me on my trade that is two months old, just so they can have some other customer (literally who they had already called in before I even passed) when I pull back up so they can sell it and add their $2700 in extras, which I didn't have to do since I ordered. Needless to say, I passed and kept my truck. Would have been nice to at least get to the weekend to think about it. Maybe would have sold my truck to a private party and taken the one I ordered but had no time to do anything. Felt very pressured and felt like they didn't even want me to take the truck I ordered because they could make more money selling it to some other customer. Guess I'll move on to another dealership for the next one... More
