Had my car over night waiting on a new tire that was suppose to be there the next morning at 10:00am Car was to be ready at 12:00. Fabian was great! I brought my wife's 2016 Edge in for a 30,000 mile checkup and oil change and waited for it. He was also able to explain some of the details about the Premium Maintenance Plan my wife purchased when she bought the car so she can get the most benefit from it. More
