Our experience with the service department is as horrendous as it gets. The air conditioner went out. We made an appointment for 3 days after we called. When we took it in we were told it would be another 3 days before they could look at it. There were no loaner cars so we had to get a rental. Even though our extended warranty covers a rental it does not cover the entire cost. It took over a week to replace the compressor and we received very little communication from the service advisor. We've read a lot of reviews here and noticed that there is never a loaner car available. Is Autonation getting kick backs from Enterprise? Now that we have our car back the trunk will not open. The key fob, button inside and the emergency release will not open the trunk. My husband's billfold with driver's license and credit cards is in the trunk. Also he has medication he needs locked in the trunk. We had it at Autonation a few months ago for this same thing. Why can't they repair something and it stay fixed. Very poor customer service and very poor workmanship. Highly recommend you go somewhere else for your service. More

Had to wait another hour for them to change the oil. No communication that it wasn't done. Only giving 2 stars because they did offer a free detail or free tank of gas on next visit. I can't tell if the place is not managed well or employees are not up to snuff. But, communication (updates on vehicle) has always been very bad in my opinion. I have to go here because I bought a maintenance package with my vehicle...ugh. 6/19/21 - update another issue. Our brand new Expedition Max KR was taken in with an appointment to get the rear shock replaced early Wednesday. They gave us a rental (because they had no loaner cars) and said it would be a couple days. Have to pay taxes on the rental supposedly. Contact them Friday afternoon (2.5 days later) and find out the car hasn’t even been looked at and there is a queue. Check back Saturday after sending a frustrated email to assistant manager Jordyn and get a very defensive response. Still a queue and still hasn’t been looked at. Said she didn’t have the authority to move our car ahead in the queue that I was never informed even existed. Just unbelievable and they don’t give a crap about their customers. Zero customer service. You can’t get a hold of the general manager. Phone numbers and emails are impossible to find online. Last time I’m ever using this dealership. So unfortunate since they are the closest to where I work and live. Just absolute failure in management of customers. Not a single positive experience and I kept giving them chances. More

Absolutely horrendous dealership. Dealing with both the GM; Jason and Used Car Manager; Cody, has been some of the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. started off sort of bad but I went alone with the program. bought a car engine went crazy within 24hrs. returned the car and here it is 3 wks later and I have yet to receive my down payment back. If I could give them negative stars, it would be justified. This dealership is so incompetent, and outright heartless, that the executive offices of Ford called and apologized on their behalf. justified. As you can imagine, there were several problems, as that's usually the case with any dealership. But these guys, especially in a time like this, showed zero compassion. My car had an airbag sign come on which they checked and through faulty test results found out that it is unsafe to drive. Yet, they had the audacity to ask me to come pick the car up. Ford leads in deaths from collisions the last 3 years and they asked me to come pick up my car. How disgusting is that... In the last 10 days I have been put in rentals that I paid half for, loaners that can't accommodate my family, and so on. They simply don't care. Due to this dealerships behavior, I will never, ever, buy a Ford and will make sure that anyone who lends me an ear, will do the same. More

I test drove the Big Bend and loved it. I saw an Outer Banks someone ordered and decided she did not want it. So yes I am interring buying it. Then Michael tells me at the last minute they are charging 5K about sticker price because it’s a popular SUV. NO. I’m not paying more for that SUV because he wants to make a buck! No Way! i won’t but a Ford now because of that!! More
Bait and switch, avoid!!!! Went to buy a Challenger and was lied to from the moment we walked in the door. The salesman Nicholas told us he had no history on the car as it was used. Turns out he was and ad was lied to from the moment we walked in the door. The salesman Nicholas told us he had no history on the car as it was used. Turns out he was and admitted to being the previous owner. Then the car was listed online on their website for $43K and they upped the price to $46K and said it was their pricing error. When we spoke to the manager about the dishonesty his response was okay, we deserved better. Bad thing is we really wanted the car and could have made a deal work but the dishonesty is a hard pull to swallow. More
Very shady people. Was buying a 15k car with 5k down and loan was for 20k!!! They had lied and opted me in to more then 10k in in house warranty. No. It’s them putting you more in debt to something you don’t want and haven’t even asked for. I told him to take them off and he Claimed the only way the loan would work was with those. basically lying to me and threatening me a higher interest rate if I remove them so I left. After standing in the lot multiple employees approached trying to fix the situation. Ended up getting everything for a shocking $800 down from 10k. Avoid this place at all costs. If you do go be sure to pay attention to what they’re adding and costs. It’s all over inflated offers to add money to your loan amount. Dirty shady people. Taking advantage of people and putting them in more debt then they signed up for. More
