Service department is lacking in communication really bad. Made an appointment 2 weeks out and when I arrived for my appointment was told there were running 3 to 4 days behind. I signed a contract on a mustang here, they called me back a week later saying that the financing fell through. They are telling me I have to either put more money down or sign a new contract at a higher back a week later saying that the financing fell through.
